So I’ve been lifting for a while about 3 years now and I started to reach a point where I was not making any progress. I also had trouble keeping weight on and maintaining muscle mass. I was also having problems with my stomach always hurting. Letitia was so friendly and very helpful. Now I am very proud to say I do not have any stomach problems plus over all feeling stronger and healthier.
